RE: Qi flowing up the torso
1. Generally speaking, it means the sound circulation of Qi.

2. But it bodes the Yang Qi has reached an extremity and if managed badly it would risk changing into Jing and as a result, seminal losses cannot be avoided. So, practitioners have to know what is enough and how to manage it when the time comes due.

It is thought that when these are gathered, material substance is produced; therefore they are called the 'forms of creatability.' In the explanation of Buddhism, the objects of consciousness of earth, wind, fire and water are provisional elements, since the true elements are imperceptible.
