This movement is aimed at treating the disharmony between blood and meridians.

Two feet the shoulder length apart, left hand grasps the right foot and right hand the left foot. Then gradually turn the upper body left, concurrently inhale; then return to the initiative position and exhale. Then turn the upper body right and inhale gradually, when the turning reach the limits, turn back to initiative position and exhale. Repeat the sequence slowly 12 - 20 times.
