Qingcheng Taichi Chuan includes three routines. The first routine contains two kinds of exercise techniques, one suitable for those who have little Wushu basics and the other for those who have practiced Wushu for three to five years. It can be used for self-defense, demonstration and competition. The second routine is suitable for those who have practiced Wushu five to ten years. It can be used to train one¡¯s personalities and develop inner potentials. The third routine is passed on only to the successor. And this VCD series present the third routine. The features of Qingcheng Taichi Chuan can be summed up as soft, natural, extensive, gracious and gentle. When performing it, practitioners move their bodies up and down, and develop a power with continuous force and link movements one by one. This boxing absorbs the essentials of Taichi and Eight Diagrams boxing and can benefit the treatment of neurosism, hyperosteogeny, bronchitis, emphysema of lungs, rheumaticaritis, debility and obesity. Liu Sui Bing is the famous contemporary successor of Qingcheng-style Kung Fu and the director of Qingcheng Wushu Association. The teaching program is divided into many phases, in order to teach practitioners in a very quick way. Generally, the first is full demonstration of whole phase, then individual movement presentation, then movement application, then disciple gives a demonstration. It is English version.
