CLINICAL HISTORY:
As early as in December, 1990, such symptoms appeared: severe fever, fatigue, acute pain throughout the body, lymph nodes swelled in two armpits, groin, abdomen area. Pathological image gives confirmed diagnosis of Hodgkin¡¯s malignant lymphoma by Internal Dept, Sujiatun Railway Hospital. Gained improvement after normal radiological and chemical treatment.

PATIENT¡¯S NARRATION
Dizziness and persistent fatigue for the past 6 days. Swollen lymph nodes in neck, two armpits, abdomen area and groin. Normal urination, normal appetite.

IMMEDIATE CHECKING RESULT:
Clear mind, normal physical development, normal behavior, behind ear found swollen lymph nodes and in popliteal fossa found swollen lymph nodes as large as egg. Low mentality, fatigue. The breathing of lung normal. Heart beats normal. No pain when pressing liver and spleen from appropriate area.

CLINICAL HISTORY:
Six years before came to Sujiatun Railway Hospital. Due to uncertain causes appeared with overall fatigue, pain with left leg, painful throat, fever. Hospitalized in No.3 Internal Dept, Sujiatun Railway Hospital to receive normal treatment. Clinical diagnosis by marrow centesis and active histiocyte (fixed macrophage) of lymph nodes slice and analysis gave a conclusion of Hodgkin¡¯s malignant lymphoma 47B. Gained improvement after hospitalization. For the past several years often hospitalized to receive traditional treatment. Half month before, due to uncertain factors felt fatigue overall, painful left leg, dizziness, pain throat, got thin. Normal mentality. Normal urination and stool.

IMMEDIATE CHECKING RESULT:
Clear mind, thin, swollen lymph nodes in neck and armpits. Felt to reach swollen lymph nodes in abdomen (left side of navel). Lung breathing heard coarse. Heart beat rhythmical. Pulse 80 times per minute, no coarse sound heard with valve of the heart. Soft abdomen, felt no liver and spleen, muscle reaction normal, physiological reaction exists, pathological reaction presents none.
