Rubbing Clouds and Relaxing Sleeves
Sit upright with legs straightened. Place
right foot flatly and bend left leg. Then stretch out left arm to the
left, and rub abdomen with right hand, first clockwise nine times and
then counterclockwise as many. Breathe naturally with your attention
focused on the mind. Return to the starting position and repeat the
whole process with "left" and "right" reversed.
