|Simple Qigong Excise Series|
Sit upright with legs straightened. Bend
right leg and place left foot near the root of left leg. Then put right
hand on left hand with palms facing downward and raise them up to the
left as much as possible. Look ahead to the right and breathe 24 times.
Return to the starting position and repeat the whole process with "left"
and "right" reversed.
