Stand at ease with arms hanging at sides
and feet shoulder-width apart. Bend over and press hands downward in
front of legs, fingertips of hands in line with toes of feet. Exhale
when you bend over but inhale when you straighten out your body. Repeat
the above movements 24 times. |
