Introduction

Shaoling Long Care Xing Yi Men is the representative for the small frame Shaoling boxing types and is the fame-founding fist set for Shaolin Kung Fu Kung Fu practitioners sum up its characteristic as: each posture and stance tight and close, defense and assault in neat formation, the double sides of defense and fight when in grappling, the intangible excising its influence in the tangible forms. The marked features can be beheld throughout the whole form: one hand always shield against any attack near the heart area, temple acupoint, rib side, and private parts. Just as the proverb goes: long means existence for long time and care the defense. We never pose to let the enemy know we are launching attack and we will not fight when we pose to excise attack.
